  • Shipping, Handling, and Return Information Standard Delivery (continental USA)

    Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt or sooner. Standard Shipping” means that we may choose to ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. 

    Orders Fulfillment Time
    Any delays resulting from a backorder situation.
    If an item is out of stock and will not be available in 30 days, you will be contacted. You may then choose to change, cancel, or wait for your order. Please note that items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together (however, you are only billed one shipping charge per order). All orders are processed during regular business hours on Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and shipped using the method you have chosen. All orders placed on a Friday evening will not be processed and ready for shipping until the next business day (usually Monday). 

    Address Correction Fees:
    Please double check to make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Address and zip code MUST be valid. Additional cost for redelivery on orders where an incorrect address was provided will be the responsibility of the customer. 

    Shipping Carriers
    Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO Box or military address.
    The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products ordered and the location to which you are shipping. For the lowest rates, consider shipping to a business address instead of a residence.

    Duties, Taxes, & Tariffs: Your domestic carrier may levy custom charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs for the delivery of your order; dependant on your country and shipping method. You are solely responsible for the payment of these charges. We cannot estimate these charges or are responsible for their payment.

    Guarantee & Returns Policy
    If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Products must be sent back undamaged and in with the original unbroken packaging. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Please email us at 4thoughtproducts@gmail.com for a Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.

    Damaged Deliveries: Please inspect your purchase at the time of delivery. If the item is received damaged please notify our customer service department within 48 hours. You must hold the original packaging and merchandise for inspection by the carrier; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.

    Guarantee & Returns Policy

    Returns must be made on or before 14 days after delivery. Only brand new / unused items will be accepted for return. Any items that are received in any condition than brand new will not be refunded. With exception of a verified manufacturing defect, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping fees paid are not refundable. Puzzles, where the preset code has been changed from GRAPE, are not eligible for refund. Puzzle where labels are applied are considered used and will not be refunded.
